Awesome flowers , good service

Flowers By Girlfriends is absolutely the Best. Florist. Ever.I had such an outstanding experience with them that must be shared. Ordered an arrangement for a friend in hospital and was immediately told that what was pictured was not available right now but ample substitutions were offered. This is much better than finding out later that you didn’t get what you ordered which has happened to me many times before with other florists.The flowers were delivered on time as promised but were refused by the hospital as my friend ended up in ICU. Nancy contacted me by phone and apprised me of the situation and offered to take the flowers back to the shop where l could pick them up. Who does that? Someone who knows excellent customer service!The next day l let Nancy know that my friend was out of ICU and she made a second delivery which l very much appreciated. She sent me a picture of the flowers where she left them at the hospital and confirmed time of delivery via text.These days it is rare to find someone who cares so much! Heartfelt thanks to Nancy and Flowers by Girlfriends-you’re the greatest! It was more than a pleasure doing business with you and l will definitely continue to do so in the future. The flowers?
